Val Mulkerns
Val Mulkerns was born in Dublin in 1925.
Her novels include The Time Outwork (London, Chatto and Windus, 1951/New York:,The Devin-Adair Company, 1952); A Peacock Cry (London, Hodder, 1954); The Summerhouse (London, John Murray, 1984); and Very Like a Whale (Murray, 1986).
