Tommy Frank O’Connor
Tommy Frank O’Connor was born in Currow, Tralee, Co Kerry in 1944.
His novel is The Poacher’s Apprentice (Dublin, Marino, 1997).
His poems are collected as Attic Warpipes (Cork, Bradshaw Books, 2004); and Loose Head (Tralee, Doghouse Books, 2004).
His work for the stage includes the pageant Breanainn, at Siamsa Tíre, the National Folk Theatre of Ireland and the play Changing Patrick, which premiered at St. John's, Listowel Square in 1997.
For children he has published Kee Kee, Cup and Tok (Galway, Wynkin de Worde, 2004)
He lives in Tralee.
