Mary O’Donoghue
Mary O’Donoghue was born in 1975 and grew up in Co. Clare.
Her collections are Tulle (The Cliffs of Moher, Salmon Publishing, 2001);
and Among These Winters (Dublin, The Dedalus Press, 2007).
Her debut novel is Before the House Burns (Dublin, The Lilliput Press, 2010.
Her awards for fiction include Hennessy/Sunday Tribune New Irish Writer and a
writer’s bursary from Massachusetts Cultural Council.
She is an associate professor of English in the Arts and Humanities division at
Babson College, Massachusetts.
She lives in Boston.
