Trisha FitzGerald-Petri was born in Nenagh, Tipperary in 1957, but went to school and studied in Dublin.

Her novels are Peggy Does a Runner (Colchester, Essex, UK, Puff Adder Books – Author-Network, 2001); and Casting Off (Wings Press Inc, Newcastle, OK, USA, 2005); and Over the Wall (Wings Press, 2007).

Peggy Does a Runner was an EPPIE 2003 finalist for the Best Single Title/Mainstream Novel.

She has assisted in the translation from German into English of The Blue Flowered Sofa, a book of poetry (Lützelbach, MAR-ION Der Blaue Verlag, 2000), and has written for Scribesworld.

Peggy Does a Runner is be re-released under the title Making Tracks (Wings Press Inc, 2006).

She now lives in Bavaria, Germany.
